I decided to plan a big family vacation for my 50th.. with all the kids, grandkids, plus 1 etc... So 35 of us spent a week in this fantastic house. ages 6-81 WOW. Everything was perfect. House is stunning. Had an issue with pool heater and maintenance was super responsive. Plenty of space and the beach was a few steps away.
What a great week we spent at this wonderful house. Everything was as described and, in reality, probably better than that! Greg and his team were incredibly responsive to questions starting even before we made the booking official. We can't recommend this house and company enough.
Great house with plenty of everything. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, huge complete kitchen, deck with pool, multiple large TV's etc - all overlooking the Gulf and a beautiful beach. This is the type of property you hope to find - better than the photos. Can't wait to go back.
We had 34 women in Seaside East and West - and it was incredible. 34 Christian speakers and authors come together once a year. The house is beautifully appointed. The pools are amazing and the board walk to the beach is stunning. We are booked for next year!!! Don't hesitate.
We have stayed at this property 5 times now, with the first time being when it was first built. It is very well maintained and clean, never a disappointment. One cannot go wrong with any of this owners' properties. The added benefit of this property is that the owners manage their rentals and live in the area.
I was very pleased that the house was just like it was portrayed online. Spacious and comfortable for kids and adults. Wonderful access to the beach. Everything we needed for cooking was there and the second refrigerator very handy! A wonderful stay!!
